Review and Appeals Mechanism: The Company represents and warrants that it has established, or shall establish, a structured review and appeals mechanism whereby brands are provided an opportunity to submit updated information, corrections, or clarifications in relation to any data, content, or assessments concerning them. Upon receipt of such submissions, the Company shall review the same in a reasonable and timely manner and take appropriate action, including updating or rectifying the relevant records, where deemed necessary in its sole discretion, in accordance with its internal policies and applicable laws.
